After studying at the prestigious New School Culinary Institute in New York City, Tobin spent years perfecting his craft while working in the motion picture industry. When his family transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, he dove deeper into the world of healthy, plant-forward cuisine — earning certification as a plant-based chef through the Forks Over Knives cooking school.
Now retired from film and fully focused on food, Chef Tobin prepares gourmet, restaurant-quality vegan meals from his certified home kitchen in Los Angeles. Licensed by the State of California and the LA County Department of Public Health as a Micro-Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO), he brings hand-crafted, wholesome dishes directly to your door.
