Soy "Beef" Korean Bulgogi

Sweet and spicy, this Korean BBQ “beef” is made with dehydrated soybeans that I soak in a vegan beef flavored sauce before stir-frying and served over brown jasmine rice.

Ingredients:

  • Butler Soy Curls (dehydrated soybeans)
  • White onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • Rice vinegar
  • Fresh garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Corn starch
  • Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce

A variation of a Chinese restaurant classic. Mixed vegetables are cooked in mushroom sauce and rolled up in tortillas.

Some people have said that this is my best dish. It’s a version of an Asian restaurant classic. Dehydrated soybeans are cooked and served with steamed broccoli in a brown sauce.

  • Brown sugar
  • Better-Than -Bouillon no-beef flavored base

Asian Sweet and Sticky Hoisin Fried Tofu

This should be served only as a special occasion dish. While it’s absolutely delicious it’s a rare dish that I use oil in and the sauce contains a lot of brown sugar. Highly caloric.
