“Plant-Based Dining, Thoughtfully Prepared for Modern Living”

Each week begins with a personalized menu selected according to your preferences, dietary goals, and lifestyle. Ingredients are then carefully sourced, and your meals are prepared in our LA County Public Health Department–approved kitchen, with delivery directly to your home at the end of your chosen service day.

Meals arrive fully prepared, with simple heating and finishing instructions so serving remains effortless. Private weekly chef services begin at $300 + Groceries. for smaller households, with custom options and pricing available for larger families and entertaining. Because each  household has unique needs, final pricing is confirmed after an initial consultation.

What Your Weekly Service Includes

  • Personalized weekly menu planning
  • Most of the recipes provide 6– 8 servings.
  • Depending on your household’s individual needs they will each provide multiple meals or a single meal for a larger group
  • Grocery shopping for fresh ingredients, meals prepared and then delivered on the same day to insure freshness.
  • Preparation in our certified kitchen
  • Delivery to your home (within 25 miles)
  • Heating and finishing instructions
  • Grocery costs are billed separately, with receipts provided for complete transparency

The Weekly Chef Experience can be specifically tailored to your needs.

For Two

Three-Recipe Weekly Service, Includes three seasonal recipes from any menu category, plus one snack or dessert.

For Four

Five-Recipe Weekly Service, Includes five family-sized recipes, plus one snack or dessert.
Or, Seven-Recipe Weekly Service, Includes seven recipes, plus one snack or dessert.

The More the Merrier

If you’re family is larger we will create a plan that will work for all of you. Many of Chef Tobin’s recipes can easily serve up to 8 as a single meal

For Individuals households

Our solo clients choose one of two approaches:

  • Partnering with a friend and dividing portions from a five-recipe service
  • Scheduling bi-weekly service and freezing selected portions for later enjoyment

We are always happy to discuss the most practical and elegant approach for your weekly needs.

Private Gatherings & Small Events

Planning a brunch, dinner, or intimate gathering?
Chef Tobin also offers custom menus for private events serving 8 to 20 guests, with pricing prepared according to your specific needs.

Ingredient Sourcing

Chef Tobin personally selects the ingredients required for your menu each week.
Fresh grocery costs are reimbursed separately, and all receipts are included with your invoice. 
Should you wish, additional household grocery items, such as fresh vegetables for salads to go with the Chef’s delicious, oil free dressings, may also be purchased and delivered as part of your service.

Scheduling

Your cook day is scheduled for a weekday that works for both you and Chef Tobin.
To ensure ingredient availability and smooth preparation, menu selections are finalized 4 days prior to service.
Meals are picked up or delivered at the end of your scheduled cook day, ready for the week, or weekend.
Cancelations or menu changes must be made 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day or service fees will be invoiced.
We will make every effort to work with you as circumstances sometimes change.

Storage & Serving

Clients may provide glass or plastic storage containers sized appropriately for their chosen meals.
For convenience, glass storage container sets may also be arranged and rotated bi-weekly if desired.

Payments

Weekly, or bi Weekly service includes:

  • Your selected service package, Paid in advance upon scheduling to reserve your desired
    time block.
  • Grocery reimbursement, paid upon or in advance of delivery

Payment may be made:

  • By cash or check upon delivery
  • By Zelle prior to delivery
  • By Venmo prior to delivery

Personalized Care and Service

To ensure every meal is tailored appropriately, dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies are reviewed in advance.
This allows each menu to be created thoughtfully and safely for your household.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Chef will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to meals prepared if the Client has not provided accurate and complete information regarding dietary restrictions or allergies.

Additional Services Offered

  • Schedule your special occasion events or private dinners and Chef Tobin will create and deliver a healthy, delicious meal for you, your family and friends.
  • Small group or individual Plant-Based Cooking Classes at his certified kitchen.
  • PANTRY CLEAN OUT Famous vegan Chef AJ has a saying: “If it is in your house its in your mouth”. If you want to go plant-based, oil free and reduce your refined sugar intake, but have a pantry full of distracting groceries Chef Tobin can help you clear out what is not serving you to make room for the best healthy staples.
  • All of Chef Tobin’s services include the guidance you need on plant-based nutrition and transitioning to a plant- based lifestyle.
